If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange any unused or defective merchandise for a prompt exchange.

What Else Do I Need To Know?

Scootles Bags will provide you with a prepaid courier label to return the items to us, we will simply deduct £4.99 per item from your refund / exchange. This £4.99 covers the cost of return shipping to Scootles.

You can return unused / defective items sold by Scootles Bags for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box.

You can exchange unused / defective items sold by Scootles Bags for 60 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box.

If Scootles Bags are refunding any unused item / defective item then your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item plus any taxes less a £4.99 return shipping fee per item. Your credit will appear after Scootles Bags has received and processed your unused / defective item.

If Scootles Bags are exchanging any unused item / defective for a higher price exchange item then Scootles Bags reserve the right to invoice the difference in pricing of the exchange items plus the postage charge of £4.99 per item. 

If Scootles Bags are exchanging any unused item / defective for a lower price exchange item then Scootles will refund the difference in pricing of the exchange items less the postage charge of £4.99 per item.

Credit card companies can vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records.  Dependant on the date of refund you may need to wait for two billing cycles for the refund to appear.
