Q) Is it safe to enter my card details when ordering at www.scootles.co.uk?
A) Yes. To use your credit/debit card securely you will be transferred to a secure site. You can see that you are in a secure site because a padlock symbol will appear at the bottom of your browser window. The secure sites are hosted and operated by HSBC, a worldwide banking institution or PayPal. HSBC or PayPal will undertake the card transaction on our behalf. Your personal details are securely held by HSBC or PayPal and at no stage will your card details ever be divulged to us.
Q) Can I phone my order through to you?
A) Scootles have temporarily suspended our telephone order facility due to the sheer volume of cold calling agencies tying up our phonelines. By operating our email only policy our staff can concentrate all of their time looking after you our customers.
Q) I seen one of your products cheaper on another website, can you match it?
A) We can do better than that, we can beat it. Simply email us the link where you saw the same product and we will investigate for you and where applicable email you back with a special price. You can’t say fairer than that!
Q) Do you deliver outside the UK?
A) Yes we deliver most of our products worldwide. Delivery costs will be summarised in you Shopping Cart prior to purchase. Some products (particularly luggage) are not available outside of the UK due to high shipping costs or licensing restrictions.
Q) How much do you charge for postage and packaging?
A) Charges are based on weight so will vary for each product. A summary will be shown in your shopping cart.
Q) At what time will you deliver?
A) Many of our items can be delivered via Royal Mail so will be delivered with your usual post. Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30pm. If you know you are not likely to be available to sign for your package please arrange to have delivery made to work or with a neighbour (please see our terms and conditions for more information).
Q) Where's my order?
A) Please allow up to 7 days for your delivery. If you are concerned about your order please email us at customerservices@scootles.co.uk so we can find out what has happened. Please note: Your order will be dispatched when every item is available. We will email you to let you know when it has been dispatched.
Q) I have ordered more than one item, when should I expect to receive them?
A) Your order will be dispatched when every item is available. The dispatch time will be that of the item with the longest availability. We will email you to let you know when it has been dispatched.
Q) Do you sell wholesale?
A) We can offer some of our products as a wholesale package, subject to minimum order quantities. Please browse the site and email us with an idea of what you are looking for and we’ll email you back with some proposals.
Q) I want to place an order for a gift. Will the value of the goods appear on the gift?
A) No. However, we do recommend that you inform your friend that they should expect a parcel from Scootles to avoid any confusion with delivery.
Q) Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?

Q) Can I get receipt for my order?
A) Yes. Please email customerservices@scootles.co.uk quoting your order number and we will post a receipt to you.
Q) How do I cancel my order?
A) Email customerservices@scootles.co.uk immediately. If the order has already been dispatched you will have to follow our Returns instructions.
